How to Use Jospolf Gymnastics Mat

1. Set up the mat in your living room, backyard, or at the beach, whether indoors or outdoors. Ensure there are no fire hazards or sharp objects nearby.
2. Use the electric pump to inflate the mat for 1-2 minutes. You can adjust the pressure to your preference, from rock-hard to bouncy-soft.
3. Deflate and fold the mat, making it flat and tidy. Store it in a dry place.

Note: 1. Creases may be present due to folding for transportation and storage. Keeping the mat fully inflated for a while will return it to its original flatness. 2. Use the repairing kit and super glue (not included) to repair damage less than 0.3 feet.
